Course overview
Learn to turn ideas into clear building drawings and 3D visuals. You study drafting standards, floor plans, elevations and rendering, preparing you for roles in design offices, construction and real estate.
Every module combines short theory sessions with hands-on practice, so you finish with real projects and a portfolio, not just notes. Entry requirements: Basic computer skills. Interest in buildings and drawing.

Drawing standards, scales, symbols and line types.
Floor plans, sections, elevations and site plans.
Space planning, ventilation, light and local materials.
Modelling houses and interiors in 3D.
Realistic renders, layouts and client presentations.
Design and present a complete residential building.
